Registration fee:
$95 USD for the Workshop ($110 USD  after January 30, 2008)
$40 USD for the Banquet ($50 USD after January 30, 2008)

Student Rate:
$45 USD for the Workshop ($55 USD after January 30, 2008)
$40 USD for the Banquet ($50 USD after January 30, 2008)

Workshop Proceedings:
$20 USD Bound

$10 USD CD

How to register:
